How to store Frozen Dumplings
Frozen dumplings should be stored in deep freeze immediately upon receipt.
If kept properly, frozen dumplings can be kept up to 6 months. Frozen dumplings that are lumped together can be separated with a gentle knock (must be in frozen state) on the kitchen table.

How to cook Frozen Dumplings
1. Bring large pot of water to boil.
2. Add frozen dumplings straight out of the fridge, do not thaw the dumplings.
3. Add enough dumplings to cover the base of the pot about 1.5 times (about 25 in a 12" diameter pot, about 50 in a good size wok).
4. When it comes to a boil, add 1 cup cold water and cover.
5. Repeat for five times.
6. When the skin appears separated from the stuffing, they are ready to serve.
